Just got back from a week long trip to Moab. it was a little over 2000 miles round trip with my RV in tow. Here's a some pics of the off-road fun we had. I had the Shafer trail Potash Road back to Moab on my bucket list. It's neat to park the truck at the Colorado River gooseneck immense vertical cliffs that meet with canyons carved by ice, water and wind. The truck took good care of us out there. Has anyone else been out there?

Looks awesome. Me and 2 friends (one with a Wrangler) will be out there in October. We are doing more rock crawling, but we may do that as well. Looks fantastic

Thanks it was an incredible trip. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did. You could spend an entire day on trail exploring. If you want to step it up a notch, buy a camping permit for the White Rim road at the ranger station. Be ready for several terrain changes and the weather changes quick out there. Big lifts aren't necessary just a good suspension.

That looks like a nice trip for the trucks that aren't heavily modified, thanks for sharing. I'd like to find some mild, scenic trails around me, but most are narrow and rocky in the northeast. I miss my Jeep days.

UT definitely has a thousand trails for your Ruby. Apparently, the Power Wagons are doing some of the difficult stuff. I saw a caravan of them running around there. Gotta convince wife I need a Power Wagon now.

Was in southeastern Utah, including Moab area, for 2 weeks last summer. Driving my 2017 Ram Rebel and it performed admirably during all the off road/trail exploring that I did (over 200 miles off road). Camped the entire time. I will be going back to do some of the Continental Divide Road/traverse in New Mexico and Colorado this September.

Laps, I wish I had a rebel those things are sick. I really would have liked to camp out on the White Rim trail that would have been icing on the cake. It was my first time out there and just wasn't packed for that occasion. We "glamped" in the RV outside of Canyonlands though.

Just now seeing your reply post. Yes, I'm very happy with the Rebel. That said, your photos are very well done. I'm looking forward to my upcoming trip on the Continental Divide Traverse. Probably much cooler temps at the elevations that will involve.

Just got back from a 5 week, 6600 mile trip with my 2016 Laramie. Illinois to Lake Tahoe & back on different routes each way. Moab area was a great stop and spent 4 days there camping and driving mostly off road. My truck was awesome the whole trip. I had the tires rotated in Carson City, NV and the oil changed in Cody, WY. I picked up a nail in a tire getting off I-90 for gas in South Dakota and that was it. Love my Ram!
