Ok all. Bad news ? coming home in the snow today I had a wreck in my truck. Thankfully ok. I guess I hit some ice under the snow, spun around on a curve crossed the road and through a ditch into a telephone pole. Well now that's done here is my question. I haven't had time to have the truck checked out to make sure the frame is ok but I'm assuming it is. I have already found a couple good beds of the same year but want to know if the mounts on a two wheeler is the same as a four wheel drive? Swapping beds should be easy . But not if the holes in bed are different. And are all 1999 short beds the same length? Any advice appreciated.. CD.

I gave up on those body mount bolts long ago. I replaced them with 5/8" galvanized bolts and washers. Makes it way easier to remove for maintenance and cleaning.
