Since our '11 and '12 trucks don't have a programmer yet, just go with the CAI and exhaust. You used the term dual exhaust, but it seems you get just about as much bang-for-the-buck with a simple, higher efficiency muffler swap...unless you're going full headers and all. That's what I did with my '12 Express, and I love it.what is best mods for save MPG with my 5.7 HEMI ?

removing the spare is a start but below are some other options to considerI've just got the programmer and muffler w/o cats now. Next is going to be LT headers and off-road Y. I'm thinking about ditching the spare tire to remove some weight, and make the truck a tad lighter=more mpg.

Are you building a race truck? Otherwise removing all that stuff is stupid. If you were worried about saving on gas, get rid of the truck and get a Priusremoving the spare is a start but below are some other options to consider

not for mpg but for speed manAre you building a race truck? Otherwise removing all that stuff is stupid. If you were worried about saving on gas, get rid of the truck and get a Prius
I agree with timmy if you looking for a new and first mod to save on mpg then a programmer with the eco tune which might be the lowest tune will do best.Programmer first! Biggest gain for the money, but all three together is best
