What tires would you recommend for my 2003 Ram 1500 (stock, no leveling kit) I need the tire to fit on a 20 inch rim and its hard to find a cheap A/T tire thats not for 17' in rims.

Any recommendations / links would help a ton! Thank you!!

I used to run General Grabbers on my ford. On my ram, after shopping all over, I found Nittos to be considerably less than BFGs and have 4.5 and 5 star reviews all over the place. I am very happy with them so far. Bought them from amazon with free shipping too.

If you're not worried about retreads, https://treadwright.com/ has some really nice AT and MT tires at roughly half the price of the "big brands". There are several reviews of the Treadwright Warden (AT) and Treadwright Guard Dog (MT) tires on youtube.

Note I am unaffiliated, but I've done some research into these tires myself and will probably pick up a set of 8 (4 for my truck, 2 for my off-road trailer, and 2 spares) in the spring.

Thats cheap! DO you know anyone that has them? I have never seen these as MT tires but I have seen first hand the effects of retread tires and how the bonded tread actually separates from the tire carcass in car tires.

Just curious if the quality is there.

I was considering putting the new Wrangler Silent Armors on mine, but they were a little expensive. I also loved the look of the newer Dunlop Fierces. I talked to a buddy recently with them on his work truck and said that with good rotation they can last a long time, about 45k he got on his last set.

I don't personally have these, but there are lots of positive reviews out there, including video reviews, from guys that would run these waaaay harder than I ever would (like in Moab, for example).

I just put a set of Federal Couragia M/Ts on my 2011, size 35 12.50 20. Got them for $1100 OTD, a lot cheaper than any other tire out there. Got them from Chicago Tire. Love them, but they sing a little, so if you aren't wanting that, better go a different route. Sorry for the bad pics.

I'm also getting the federal Couragia Mt tomorrow, a nice tire that is cheap. Talked to a guy who has 45k on his set of 35x12.50x20's so I'm sold...

Looks awesome! Are you having to run a spacer for these? I have to use a 1/4 for my current nittos 305/55/20...and would like to not have to use a spacer again..
