I am looking to level/lift my 2012 Ram 1500 Bighorn 4X4. I do not want anything extreme and am not interested in modifying the frame at this time. The truck only has 37,000 miles on it. I see a lot of good things about the Bilstein 5100's so I will go with them for the front. I would however like to keep somewhat of a rake. Any thoughts on installing 1 or 2" rear coil spacer's on the rear, in combination with the 5100's up front? I would really like to see a couple photos of 4th gen Rams setup like this to see if its what I am looking for. Also, are there any rear coil spacers that are better that others?

Thanks in advance for any input!

Thanks for the response...
Yes, my Ram is 4X4. I guess that is pretty important haha.
I love the color of your truck. I almost bought one just like that before I got the one I did. Also has a very nice stance! That is about where I want mine to be. Now to decided 1 or 2" spacers for the rear.
Thanks again for the picture .

no problem, and thank you :)

i like being leveled, but something about getting another couple inches for <$100 is pretty enticing. i've decided on the 2" rear from Top Gun to do sometime this summer. you should know you'll be limiting your travel if you raise the rear and don't upgrade shocks.

Good luck

I don't have any pictures of mine without the 35's but this is with Bilsteins set at 2.8" in the front and a 1" TGC spacer in the rear. I haven't done any measurements but to the naked eye, it has a slight rake. With a 2" rear spacer I believe you will need to buy longer shocks but don't quote me on that.

Nice truck BrandonB!
For right now I will be running the stock wheels and tires but I can get a pretty good idea from seeing your rig. The stock tires of 275/60/20 would be considered 33" correct?

Thank you for your reply!
