Blackstone Oil Report For 6.4 ~7100mi on Castrol

Just like it says, I changed oil about 10 days ago and got my report from Blackstone Labs Thursday. It appears that my motor still isn't broken in at ~21K miles and right under a year later.

To date I've done 4 oil changes, 2 previous with Rotella 0w40, 1 with Castrol 0w40, and currently it has Rotella again. I'm going to run the tests on the Rotella as well.

I use the larger diameter Hemi filters, either Purolator Pure One (gold) or Wix. The additional filtration might be the reason for the Blackstone Recommendation for a 9k oil interval.

I'm going to run the Rotella for about the same amount of time and see what I come up with.

Can you post a bigger picture? Even when clicking on image it too small to read

How do you measure if it is broken in or not?
Thanks for posting, but its like 1"x2" and impossible to read. IDK if you saw my UOA, but I cropped it in MS paint and covered up my personal info and then uploaded it via the gallery to get it to a legible size. It took like 4 tries to get it right lol
Grrrr, I thought it worked after I posted.

This should be legible to anyone!

Hard to say, but my buddy has a '14 with a 5.7 and he was telling me it seemed it took his forever to break in.

As a slight aside, a good friend of the family had a number of rams over the years and told my dad it seemed to him it took a ram 75k to break-in and finally start to get mileage etc.
Yep, I can read it now

seems a little long. 5.9 cummins guys say it took about 60000 miles for that engine. maybe this caused some confusion?
Interesting report. Crazy to think Copper that high is normal, guess Im used to the BMW world still that if you see anything higher than 15 you have bearing issues! I have a blackstone kit and Im curious to get it tested with my 14 having 19k miles on dealer oil changes.

I remember a post about the 6.4L getting better mileage after a certain amount of miles.

I have 8K on my truck now and drove 2,500 from Atlanta or Oregon, then picked up a 6,000lb travel trailer and I have been towing that.

I've noticed that the cold has the most detrimental effect on MPG, then wind - nothing scientific - just something I've noticed from tracking my mpg.
