What kind of radio do you have in your truck?

Believe it or not I did check Google and Amazon first lol. This one is for docking stations and I've read that several of these will not work with the ipod cable that is already in the truck. I'd like to get one that would function just like if I had an ipod that plugged into it I.e. steering wheel controls, being able to go through your music on the trucks screen etc. etc. Something like this but for the Ram https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B017...eam+carpro&dpPl=1&dpID=41ED+B8VVtL&ref=plSrch
Also I have the navigation alpine stereo

Got an email back from coolstream and they said the only way theirs will work is by connecting to the ipod cable and the aux jack. They sent me a picture which I've attached (hopefully). Kind of defeats the purpose if you ask me.
