Is it easy to adjust the box. It is out of alignment at the cab. It is flush with passenger side and sticks in on drivers side

I've never done this, although mine is off too, but from what I've read there are 6 bolts in the floor of the bed. Loosen them, shift the box around, then tighten them again.

Yep, thats about all you`ll be able to do, UNLESS, you feel like adjusting the cab as well.

Personally since it is new, I would make the dealer send it to the body shop for adjustment. It should have been caught during dealer prep.

Its actually probably the cab. Both my 13 and 14 were off, and it was the cab they had to adjust. The dealer can do it, apparently fairly common.
