Does anyone know where to find colored brake caliper covers the would fit 2022 Bighorn quad cab with no modifications?

Try Summit Racing or google search "colored caliper covers 2022 dodge ram Big Horn".

What size wheels do you have?

You will need at least 20" wheels to clear the caliper covers. You cannot use caliper covers with 18" wheels - there's not enough clearance.

I assume you have the 5th gen truck and not the Classic since you posted in the DT section.

MGP is the only one that I know of that makes caliper covers for our trucks: 2022 | RAM | 1500 | Big Horn - MGP Caliper Covers

You can get them from various online vendors (Summit Racing, CARiD, Rough Country, American Trucks, etc.).

After taking another look at the product it seems that they make them for those of us with 18" wheels now but you may have to add a wheel spacer for them to fit.

Dorman makes them for the fourth gens, not sure on fifth . For about 60 dollars. Then there are the $200.00 + ones from mpg.
