Hi all. Another post on repairs on my 800$ dodge 1500 5.9 1996 auto ext cab. I have no rear brakes brake line is pinched and cut behind the tank. So I measured the lines in the rear to do them all and get it all over with at once. I have a friend making my lines for me. 11ft3inch 52inch and 20inch.
Now I take it this is standard 3/16 line correct? The problem that I have run into is theres no fittings. So If some one could let me know which fittings I will need it would make my life so much easier. I live about an hour and a half from the closest autoparts store and they don't carry much. Also Double flare????
So I have to order them. Thanks again guys.

If it's a 3/16 line then it's a 3/16 fitting. Most likely standard over metric. It's most likely a bubble flare (why not start collecting tools now...30-35 $$).

A bubble flare is the first stage in making a double flare, only half the work.
