are the 2001 ram pressed bearings inside the rotors are are they just the easy ones? also has anyone used these rotors and pads and what are the benefits to drilled and slotted rotors vs regular? thanks

I can tell you the benefit of drilled and slotted is that they have better cooling and are slightly cleaner. The brake dust finds it's way to those holes and then out the slots.

I don't exactly understand the question... Used THESE rotors & pads?? Please define "these" Hmm, I dunno. I also do not know if your truck is equipped with 2 or4 wheel drive. 2wd has one type of wheelbearing, 4 wd has a different type. Sorry, I cannot help much.
