I thought you all would enjoy hearing this. I just bought my first Ram, and some of my friends are asking me truck questions, like I'm suddenly an expert.

We passed a Tundra with a sign on the back: "Here Chevy, Chevy." My friend asked me why Chevy, Ford and even Tundra always have snide remarks about other brands.

I said "Just friendly competition."

"For what," he asked.

"Second place," I said with a grin.

I have zero brand loyalty.

My last three trucks have been a chevy, a ford and now a dodge. I will never own a Chevy unless I can get one without the onstar eqpt in the vehicle. Im leaning toward a ford for my next one.

Only loyalty I have is i won't buy an import brand.

^^ Damn Brad you are either really old or change vehicles every 6 months lol. I mean I have only been driving for 22 years and am on my 4 vehicle now
Hell I've been driving for 14yrs, subtract 3years for the time in the military I couldn't drive so call it a solid 11years and I've already had 5.

My brand loyalty is a 1956 chevy 1/2 ton, not even close to stock, the sheet metal will be the only stock parts

I drive a Ram because it was the only vehicle that i could find at the time for a good price & had a Lifetime drive train warranty
When i quit my business, the Ram is gone
I will finish my days of driving in a 1956 Chevy 3100 & a 1979 Harley Davidson

05 Titan
08 Cummins

Named my dog dodge...

And to those who hate on foreign rigs, don't until you've owned one. That titan was an awesome truck and if they made a 2500 I would have gotten one. Excellent trucks.

I prefer dodge but after riding in my buddy's 2011 F350 Lariat Crew... Idk, that thing is freaking awesome. Makes my 08 look like a welfare ride..

^^^^Gotta love seeing so many Dodges in one family. I was born and raised with Mopars, and as long as I was capable, I bought Mopar. Couldn't always do it, but tried to. Classic Mopars in my family now are:
Dad-65 Plymouth Fury
Older brother-74 Plymouth Road Runner
Younger brother-72 Plymouth Duster
Brother-in-law-68 Plymouth Satellite
I have a 1980 Plymouth Volare waiting to have a 440 dropped into it. Problem is, car is bigger than my garage. Hopefully will be working on it soon.

That's a nice collection.

I wish Dad still had his '70 or '71 Cuda (340) or his '71 or '72 GTX (383?). I think my Uncle had a '70 GTX with a 440 as well.
