I recently installed a cabin air filter kit. How often do I change it, with every oil change or every 2 oil changes?

I'd would check it for sure with every LOF and when the summer
comes along with the wind & dust I'd check it in between ;)

I had a Chevy Monte Carlo with the cabin air filter and they recommended once a year or 15000 miles. I drove the car as a daily driver and at 15000 miles it was dirty but not overly dirty.

never knew mine had a cabin filter
Your Ram didn't originally come with a cabin air filter. You have to purchase a door and a filter. Then, you remove your lower glovebox, cut out the marked outline on the plastic airbox behind the glovebox, install the filter and snap in place the plastic door.
