can someone help with some part numbers

i bought a 5.7 hemi crate motor to replace the motor in my 2004 durango. after digging into my truck there is nothing the same. i am now faced with selling the motor i have and getting a new motor. can anyone tell me what this motor is from? the numbers on the valve cover is TNXE6101810451, PO4892457JA. any help would be great! and if anyone knows where i can find a Hemi for 2004 Durango in the Wilmington MA area please chime in
