I understand that this unit is a problem on the 2007 Ram 1500. Can the under the hood fuse box (intergrated Power module) be repaired?

What problem does it have? Just curious...

There is no low beam on the drivers side. Bulb is good and the voltages is there. It has daytime driving lights and the passenger side is dimmer then the drivers side. When the right turn signal is turned on the daytime lights go off. When the left turn signal is turned on the lights stay on.

Well strange one for sure. Sounds to me this may be a grounding issue. What makes me think that is the fact when you hit your turn signal it's pulling power from another source and taking the ground feed when it does. Could be just enough to shut the other lights off if the Can Bus system detects low voltage due to weak ground. Have you checked for resistance on your grounds? Just a guess...might be worth cleaning them up and testing.
