First off, if you have not played with a Kenwood 9980HD, then I recommend you don't - unless you got about $2000 to put into a head unit/camera. Still interested?

Since I don't have the cash, I have come to the members of the Z to ask for alternative solutions to my now growing desire for the following features:

Double Din 7" Touch Screen
Voice Control
NAV
DVD
Sat Radio
Must integrate with IPOD - Phone - BT Audio - Pandora Streaming - Video & Audio Break/Interrupt on call received
Phone Book Access
Camera Input or Camera Included
Split Screen Technology

I probably missed a key feature or two, but this is what stood out to me, and what I'd want in a purchase. The unit was priced at 1297 at the shop, but after adding a SAT Radio adapter, steering wheel control adapter, IPOD cable adapter and camera the total was 1980 installed and he was throwing in the front tinted windows too. Yes a decent price, but not affordable for me.

Anyone have some quality alternatives to male this come in at about 1000-1200 total, Installed? Or less...

When I was looking at possibly replacing the aftermarket HU, the one that caught my eye was the JVC AVX830.

Built in bluetooth
Rear USB
Ipod Control
Dual Zone audio control :smileup:d

No Navigation, but an Audio/Video Input. I was planning on using my google maps off my Android smartphone, which would be played through the screen and system on the truck. Google maps is the best nav system out there, imo.

$430
