how much cfm of air does a stock naturally aspirated 5.9l v8 360 magnum consume.

Well that depends, if you're talking about the throttle body then it's 630 CFM at 1.5" Hg to 700 CFM at 3" Hg. If it's the intake manifold then I think it's around 173 CFM.
