Really want more sidewall on my 2012 Ram 1500 Crew 4x4. It has the oem 20" wheels now and they are peeling. So what better time than now to swap.

I am leaning towards the Rebel 2015-2018 17" wheels . AND keeping the same height tire I have now, which are duratracs. Wouldnt mind going a little wider though.

Anyone know if the 2015-18 Rebel wheels will fit a 2012 with no issues?

Detroit wheel and tires shows the rebel wheel as a 18.05 offset and the 2012 20" I have as a 19.05 offset.....what will be the result? Wheel sticks out a little more right?

Is it safe to assume this is a direct swap wheel wise with no issues?

I lucked out and found a real nice set of 2016 rebel wheels for $300!

So now I have to decide on the tires.......I have 275 70r 20s on it now.....I would liek to stay the same height or maybe justa little taller....and wider....I have flares I added and bilsteins up front that leveled up the truck.....

I think someone else here said 295 70 17s is as big as I can go with my bilsteins?

guys running 35s with the bilsteins. the 20s are 33 from the factory. 285/70r17 will fit on a stock truck no problem. im not aware of a 295/70r17 tire made but there are 315/70r17 out there.
