Took my little 4.7 over to the exhaust shop and got a cherry bomb muffler put on and got it dumped right before the rear axle. I could not be happier with the sound and tone of it. Its loud when i need it to be loud but cruises nice on the highway. I'll get a video for you guys once this rain stops. Total install was $180 which i thought was very reasonable.

I had mine dumped like that for a few years. Recently though I put a Y-pipe on it and ran duals off of it. Actually sounds better now, and is way better for driving from Vegas to Georgia.

I looked into getting the Cherry Bomb Extreme. There patent ran out over a year ago for this muffler. Since that point in time Flowmaster has made an equivalent/better product. Flowmaster 10 series (offroad use only). Well I ignored the "offroad use only" portion and installed. Sound amazing. Puts the 40 series to shame. Highly recomment getting the flowmaster over the cherry bomb due the quality of fabrication and rust factors.
