I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 v6 with a manual shift it has a hundred and fifty thousand miles and lately there is a chirping noise when I push the clutch in and it's very hard to find 1st or 2nd gear.

any idea on where I should start looking or what this could possibly be thank you very much

Make sure the master cylinder has enough fluid. It sounds like the clutch is not disengaging all the way. Could also be the clutch release bearing is going bad.
