Chrome Gas Cap Install

Hi.......just purchased a new 2014 Ram 1500 and kept my old Mopar Chrome gas cap to be used on new truck. However I see when i went to install it the new truck now has more then the 2 screws holding the gas cap on and seem to be inside and impossible to get to. The old truck only had the 2 screws that were easy to get to.......anyone have any ideas how i can install the chrome cap on the 2014 truck?
