Hi, I have a 2014 Ram 1500, recently I tried to use my climate control screen to adjust my climate, and as I opened up the screen it instantly cut out and wouldn’t let me open it back up, any idea? Unfortunately I do not have heat in my truck because of the issue, I do have a video of the issue if that would help, thank you for your help
