I want to install a ham radio in my console. I have the console with the shifter. Does anyone have an expolded view of the console? The area at the very front of the console looks like a good location. There is a tray up there that would probably work. Can this tray be removed?

Yes the tray is removed upon u taking apart the console top plate.
