how much would it cost to convert my dodge ram 3500 dually to a rear single wheel and to have a nice sized lift put on the truck like in picture (the pic is in a link below) and what things will i need to have put on to make it like the truck in the picture

Alot more money then it's worth. That truck is worth over $65000
20x12 dick cepek wheels -$250 each
46x19.5x20 Mickey t baja claws-$660 each
They put 18" air bags on it with dual bilstien 5100 remote reservoir shocks, they have the 9.25" front axle and 11.5" axle from a single wheel truck with 4:56 gears.
Fab four bumpers front and back with 12k lb winch

^. Idc about the shocks or bumper. I'm only interested in about the lift and tires. And whatever it takes to get it all to work.

You should care about shocks as its part of the lift. The lift on the truck is in the area of $15000 or more. My guess is you'll never take the truck off roading and at that height you can't tow with the truck like it is ment for so it'll be another useless show truck.

That truck is used as a recovery vehicle for the tough truck competition

You're looking at a good $20,000 to make your truck relatively close to that. Not worth it at all in my opinion.
