Have you wiped down that area & checked it after a short drive

I see a freeze plug in the image, they are a common source of leaks, if it is leaking, replace it with a brass freeze plug
How old are your radiator hoses & clamps
If you reach under the water pump shaft, in back of the pulley, you will feet a recess, it is called a weep hole, when the water pump bearing & seal is close to going bad, water will seep out through that hole

Good Luck

I had water leaking in a similar place on that side. If it is not the weep hole it may be one of two things:
(1) there is a small hose on the top of the WP going to the block. mine was cracked and when the water pump was replaced the PO didn't replace that hose. It is hard to get to, A/C compressor gets moved as well as the alternator.
(2) after I replaced the hose I still had a leak. Autozone loaned me a pressure tester and I found that the intake gasket had blown in the passenger fron corner. That was time consuming but not a hard thing to replace.
