Coolant is building pressure and blowing out everywhere I found out that coolant isn't flowing into the overflow tank and I don't know why

Where's it blowing out from? Radiator cap could be bad(cheap to replace). Check the hose leading from the radiator cap to the overflow tank as well, it could be blocked(also cheap to replace). Other than that it should work fine.

Start with removing the cap(when cool) and seeing if water will flow through the overflow hose from the radiator to the tank. If that's blocked up then just replace that line.

Radiator hoses will wear out and collapse due to the vaccumn affect of the water pump. If any hoses look sucked in, replace them.
Other thing that comes to mind, mineral build up from using tap water will clog the radiator.
My first thought was the radiator cap as well. Go ahead and replace the thermostat, hoses and have a radiator shop clean/flush and pressure test your radiator. It's not expensive if you do the work yourself.

Here's a thought - is it overheating before it does this? If so, you should consider a stuck thermostat.

The truck isn't over heating but its the water pump we used a pressure tester and it showed a constantly leak under pressure I'm gonna also flush the system so it will run into the overflow tank if needed
