Hey everyone...
Couple quick questions for you...
1) Has anyone ever heard of their heater core "burping"? When I start my truck, and hit the gas, for the 1st few seconds, it sounds as if the water is "rushing" or "burping" through the heater core, then stops. It gets warm like it always has, and I don't notice a leak anywhere, and I haven't noticed any water levels going down. Could that possibly be an air bubble in the system?
2) Is it a huge advantage on this truck ('98 R1500 4x2 5.9) to get rid of the flex fan & fan extender and put an electric fan on the radiator? Pros and cons?
Thanks for the help in advance.
