My local dealership where I purchased my last 2 trucks is throwing an Invitation only shindig for new owners. I am gonna plug the Forumz there big time. I am hoping to drum up new members and also see if I can generate some interest, depending on the type of crowd, in a Maine Rams Club.
They are giving everyone that comes a free oil change cert. plus they are having some door prizes and giveaways. I am stoked, I will post any goodies I get.
They are having all departments represented there for information purposes to answer any questions people have. It is gonna be catered too, so I am soaking up some free grub.
I have questions I will poat with replies from them after Thursday evening.
Wish me luck on the drawings.

That sounds awesome. I wish one would do that here. I had a 2010 1500 and now a 2012 Power Wagon, different dealers and I don't think either of them are going to do something cool like that. Oh well. Have fun!

Sorry I have not posted regarding the Dealership gathering. It was smaller than I thought it would be. Only 2 other Ram owners, mostly older folks showed, I guess youner people dont have time for anything like this. Passed out some paper with the addy for this site. Mostly durango and car owners showed. That free oil change was kool though and my Grandson got a huge kick out of their show around of the shop and the tech show. They hooked a new dodge car up to the computer and walked back into the showroom and made the lights go off, horn. locked the doors etc... Was kinda kool that they have high end technology at my dealership. Grandson thought the horn thing was uncool tho when he got jumped, LMAO. They can hook this rig to your car and go hang out in the employee lounge and diagnose it with the laptop they lug with them. At any rate we liked it and it was pretty informative plus I hit them with alot of questions regarding what I can do etc... Hope your dealer does this, if not, suggest it!

my dealer does that also, good food, coupons and raffles. no beer though.
