Got a 98 1500 ram she's Runnin a little sluggish off the line, when put into reverse it vibrates real bad, hooked the camper up and it was just about to much for it to pull but the motor sounds choice and all fluids are good I did have to add some diff fluid but that's it, so would this be my diff or even possibly my hub bearings?

Have you tried to put the gear shifter all the way down into low and see if it smoothes out? If it corrects it then the issue is in the tranny. I've encountered this on another brand of truck before. Hate to see you guess wrong. Let me know.
