Hi everyone.

I tried searching before asking , but couldn't find the answer.

With the radios that have navigation......are the maps able to be upgraded? If so ......is it free?

Just wondering.

I was browsing through several Jeep/Chrysler forums and saw that the updates would be $149.00 (or close too) From what I can tell, we (2012's) are at the latest map revision.

$149.00 sounds incredibly pricey to me though, considering you can by a external Garmin with lifetime maps for a tad more than that. I'm hoping that price is NOT right. Or at least I'm hoping they have a 'lifetime' plan or something available.

I just updated my maps, $149 + shipping. I think i paid $175 in total
you don't update your Nav maps often, maybe every 3 years or so
the maps were still over a year behind for the San Diego area
there have been at least 3 highways that were recently completed here & none of them show up on my Nav maps

They also sent a radio upgrade for my RER, but they are FREE,
you can get them through Dodge or Mediafire & mofv.com & other online sites
