Dodge Power Wagon Section

I sent a letter to Santa requesting a Power Wagon, but was informed that I don't meet the 'Age Requirement' so my letter was culled before St. Nick even got to read it. :wow: I mean really....who'da thunk!

So I guess I will have to be content with cruising this section and hopefully not offending too many of the owners as I drool over they're trucks.

OK guys, I'm watered, and have a polishing cloth ready....

I just bought an 05 Power Wagon a little over a week ago. I love it. Big change from a 1500.

I just wouldn't want you to be subjected to such cruelty so early in the game.

By trying to order a fully loaded Laramie Power Wagon this week the dealer told me that Chrysler has put a hold on the sunroof in the Power Wagons for 2012 . Apparently you won't be allowed to get a sunroof in the 2012 power wagon :-( anybody have a 2012 with a sunroof?

Ok after some lamenting in other threads here i finally did it.

I took a 2008 1500 Big Horn and turned it in.


I am now the proud owner of a 2006 2500 Power Wagon
Fire engine red with less than 34 k on her.

Mine is a 2012 Power Wagon and I have a power moon roof

With conservative driving (68mph) cool weather, no wind and relativley flat I have turned 18mpg over a 300 mile trip. I average 16-16.3mpg freeway daily.

Okay Battlerattle: Thanks for tip. Converted to imperial he would be close. I know my little Ram Laramie has seen 23 imperial but you said it, calm day, cool day, and oh yeah boring, "don't touch the gas" cruisin 1200kms comin home from work. Sorry bout "metricizing" but I am from Canada eh, ha ha.

No worries, I speak metric! That kind of mileage would never be common, but can be achieved in perfect conditions. I would think you would see 16-18mpg imperial on the freeway with spirited driving.

Last week traded in my 1500 for Power Wagon. Don't regret it. Salesman also pulled the "I promise, my buddy's PW gets 21 MPG on highway." Glad to know the salesmen are consistent in their exageration I guess you could call it that.... or be honest:bsflag:

HAHA on the 21 / 22 MPG with the PW. LMAO ..You know how you can tell when a salesman is lying?....His mouth is movin! Oh yaaa ,,thats right ,,,you know!
That being said, the PW is one sweet truck. I love them so much I would give my, oops ...no I would give Brad12kx's left nut to have one ...hahahahah.. Sorry Brad, could not resist that one. I think we all agree though that the PW is one swet ride. Alot of them here in Maine, too bad one of them is not in my driveway I just could not get past the MPG and the price tag for me.
