If I lived in California, not a chance.
I would do it mostly anywhere else to increase the longevity of the motor.
Power wise and performance, rolling coal etc will be obsolete very soon due to the new electric trucks coming out w a typical 700hp and the new Hummer truck w 1000hp out of the box.
