Yesterday my rear passenger door started to rattle. Not speaker related and just does it all the flippin time.

Sounds like the power window regulator cable is touching door. I have a trip planned for friday, doubt I can get into dealer before. Should I take panel off and look or just bear the rattle- Or worse, the comments from my Ford lovin bro in law who is coming on the trip with me.

Any ideas or experiences appreciated

Go to the Dealer and Make them Fix-it

I just had my dishwasher fixed, and the repair technician opened it up, and he found that one of the circuit boards didn't have a screw mounting it to the door, so even though I didn't notice the rattle, since I'm partially deaf, it was pulling down all of the other circuit boards and making it malfunction.

Everything is a gaint computer nowadays. You should take it to the dealer and make them fix it, don't bother fixing anything under warranty because they'll think you broke it.
