Definitely pocket. I'm trying to find some myself to cover this heinous rust spot on my rear quarter.

^^^ Good point Ryan. The pockets WOULD look out of place on a rig with stock to medium sized tires. I guess it all depends on the look you're going for in the long run...

Yeah, usually some 3M double sided tape and with some applications, they are even screwed in on the under side of the fender. My advice with 3M tape, clean both surfaces VERY well. And when you've done that, clean it again. Both surfaces have got to be almost sterile or you'll have problems later with the fenders coming free.
