Hello,

So my 1993 5.9L 6 Cyl Cummins Diesel 3/4 ton Dodge Ram stalls while parking.

It appears as though this only happens when it is hot out (Texas hot, 90 degrees or hotter).

It never does it when the engine is cold like when it sits overnight.

I don't think it ever happens on cool days, either, only during the summer.

Today it was about 78 degrees when I left the house. I drove 60 miles, parked, no stalling, it was fine.

90 degrees and above-watch out !

Fuel injectors are about 3 years old.

Air intake should be ok, no blockages.

I use a diesel additive with most fill ups.

Engine is not modified or customized.

Any ideas?
