Evic wiring for 12

Trying to install my evic in my 12 express, things were going well, but now wipers wont cut off and the steering wheel controls are still not operational. Horn still wont work. This wiring must be different on a 12..see the wiring mod below...The cluster wiring is the same. Anyone have the clockspring wiring on a 12?

got the wiring mod done....still no horn and have not added the dealer sales codes yet? Anyone done a 12 yet and figured it out?
Man you are brave. How much did the dealer charge you for EVIC. I would love to do this to mine.
Shit I have the dash panels out getting painted to match the outside paint as well. Half the dash is missing at this point. I just ordered the upper glove box as well, so im taking that box out and tossing it. I installed the upper console with homelink, and the lighted sunvisors too. I verified that the 12's already have the wiring going to the clockspring for lin bus, fused +, and a ground unlike the 11 and down trucks that require a wiring mod to install the evic cluster. I just have to get the sales code added and it should be good to go. I bought the cluster from a junkyard with 4K miles, and just waited till the mileage was the same to install the evic cluster.
I have a 12' Express also and am in the middle of the same EVIC mod. Have you figured out the wiring yet? Did you get a 12' steering wheel with the controls on it?
Looking to do this on my '12 express. I have been doing my homework and some people are saying that there is no wiring to be done on the evic. Your saying that's 100% true?
Same for visor and over head console?..... All the wires there?

Thanks!!!!
I've added the radio buttons to Challengers/Avengers/Calibers you need to have the dealer add sales code RDZ (Steering Wheel Audio Controls) to your trucks configuration. The factory actually updates your vehicle config and it is downloaded to the dealers Starscan tool and the vehicle is updated with it.

On my Challenger when I installed th new wiring and buttons the horn stopped working until the sales code RDZ was added.

I went to the dealer today and we looked up the available codes to add to my '12 Express. RDZ was not listed. You're saying the dealer needs to contact the factory and have them reconfigure my vehicle settings and add the codes; then the dealer will pull up my vehicle info with the updated info and flash my computer with it? They seem willing to help but told me it was impossible. They've never done anything like it before.
Yes that is it exactly you need RDZ. The problem is the dealer can't add it for 2012's on up when it's not listed for your VIN they can for earlier models, which is a total pain for us.

Ok great thanks for the info. I just got done swapping it all out. Used evic cluster and a used 2011 leather wheel with evic controls. Have no horn, no buttons work on wheel and no cruise. And the airbag deployed and broke my nose. Ok it didn't but it might as well have. Do you have any contacts that could help me out with configuring my vehicle? My dealer has no clue. I would pay someone over the phone to make a call to the factory for me.
Just to follow up with this- I contacted Jon at after hours mopar in FL because he's the go to guy for this (at least everyone says so). He wants me to send him my TIPM and he'll program it. I'd obviously prefer someone calling the factory and have them update my config and then going to my local dealer and having it flashed. So if you have any contacts to make this happen let me know. Thanks!
