I purchased my Ram in San Antonio, drove it through the summer without issue. Roughly a month ago my family and I moved to Wyoming, since then my fan clutch will not disengage. When I dropped my truck off for its first oil change I asked the service manager about the jet engine sound coming out from under my hood. I get my truck back and the sound is gone...two days later it is back. I take my truck back in and one of the mechanics goes for a ride and acknowledges the sound is in fact the clutch fan. Three days later they "supposedly" replace it. I use the word supposedly because it has been two days and my truck is making the same noise! My mpg has gone down noticeably and to be quite frank I'm pissed. My truck has 7700 miles on it. Any thoughts?
