flooding when cold

when i start it when cold i have to hold it on the rug it loads up on gas,but on warm restart it's good.i have no codes and 2 new 02 sensors,any help would be good thanx dave:4-dontknow:

i was having a similar problem the last couple months, it was only periodic but i put some b12 engine cleaner in with the gas and made sure i never let the fuel level get below 1/4 tank. i havent had the problem again
