footwell lights

where should the hot wire be connected so my new led footwell lights will fade off like the rest of the interior lights. I only want them on with interior lights

I did that on my 2011. There is a wire you tap on the headlight switch assembly. They do dim, though I think I need to add a resistor to it to step it down a bit more.

one more thing. They come on with the headlights this way and time with the dash lights.

:smileup:So there is a Yellow/white wire coming off the counsel according to this drawing, that goes off to courtesy lights.

I know there is a link on here somewhere for the diagrams from Dodge, but here it is off my book.
