I just noticed my chrome front bumper is not aligned with the quarter panel on the driver side. The passenger side lines up perfectly but the drivers side almost seems like it was pushed in or needs adjusted to be flush with the quarter panel. Truck only has a few thousand miles on it, i just noticed it. Any one else have this problem.

Mines just the opposite, my passenger side doesn't line up, took it to the dealer and they didn't do anything with it.

Same with mine. Had it at the dealer today, they said that they could not fix it. Suggested that I contact Chrysler. I looked at Ram's on the lot, half were the same. Also, the lower body crease does not line up fender to door on either side. Mine is a company vehicle, so I'm am trying to "live with it", I do not seem to be able to get past it though. I will have to contact Chrysler.
The drivers side is about 1/2 inch lower than the passenger side(front bumper)

I have this issue as well, although it is with the rear bumper. Front is dead on but the rear is 1/4 " down on the passenger side. It is hard to tell with the naked eye but the old measuring tape never lies. I have an early build, August 2013, if that matters. Have not mentioned it to my dealer yet - would almost like to keep the factory fasteners untouched by the service tech's air tools.

I had the same issue with mine. Went back and forth with dealer 4 times before I spoke with Chrysler. There is a fix! The truck went in a week or so ago for the fifth time. This time it's aligned correctly. Keep on them, go over their heads! Engineering is aware of the problem and know hoe to correct it.

See my post from last week. My issue started because of an annoying squeak.
