I went to advance autoparts to get a new fuel injector for my truck. They gave me one but it looked different from the oe injector i broke. Installed it and now it is purging fuel (between the fuel rail and the injector) when i prime the engine. Advance autozone and oreilly all carry the same injector and there is only 1 and no other options. I repositioned it and reseated a few times to see if it was an error on my part but i have a feeling its the injector because its the only new one, all the others are oe.
Btw also replace all of the o-rings
If anyone else has dealt with this any suggestions/troubleshooting tips?
