Does the 1995 Dodge a 1995 Dodge ECM shut down the fuel pump when the engine loses oil pressure?

Thanx
No, the 95 ECM will only shut down the fuel pump if the vehicle exceeds 112MPH. The 95 ECM is a OBD1 the 96-99(I think) is OBD2 and the 00+ is OBD3. The years for the OBD2 and 3 I'm not 100 percent about but I do know that up to 95 was OBD1 and 96 was the time chrysler implimented OBD2 which wasn't a SBEC like the 95 but instead a JTEC.

Thanx for the response, I guess I will have to install a Holley fuel pump shut down switch.

Not a problem. It's is a good thing they never made it so the engine stops if you loose oil pressure because the oil sending units in these dodges are not accurate and they are prone to failing over and over again.

Fuel pump shutdown

I hope I don't get in an accident, however having a high pressure fuel pump does worry me some what. If I do happen to have an accident I don't want gasoline spraying about.
