It's going to be very expensive to do both sets of gears, I would just put an LSD in the back and call it good unless you want to lift it and run bigger tires. BUT....Laramie owners usually have a little more money than the rest of us
I reccommend the Detroit TrueTrac for the rear LSD

Not sure if they make one for the 2011 axle....I forgot you were a 2011. I think there is some extra work your axle needs to fit. I'll check!

Doesn't look like they make one for the new ZF axle you have, I know there was someone on here that did a gear swap and a new LSD, but it involved some machine work. The OEM LSD might be the best option for you.
