Finally having the 4.56 gears installed in my truck front and rear. Does anyone know if I need to adjust the gear ratio via my in-tune or should i just be good to go?

If your intune has the gear input option I would go through and set it to the 4.56 gears for completeness sake however I'm not sure what it would change. The speedo/odometer will be correct regardless of what gears are in the truck. The only thing it may affect is shift points.
