I recently pulled off my front bumper and repaired some scratches and dents sanded and repainted with the exact Mopar primer, paint, and clear coat. the color is detonator yellow. About the new paint is brighter and sticks out like a sore thumb, is there anyway I could get it to look more sunbaked like the rest of the truck?
you need to get the truck shot with a camera to match the paint. there's probably 10 different formulas for that color . it was a pain to match when new
Get a sponge pad and some 600 grit. A little soapy water in a bucket and don’t get too crazy but whatever ya do it will buff out and shine. If it’s not shiny enough then do it again with 1000 grit.
