Good shop?

Good shop in Michigan?

I'm from the Flint area and can't find a good place to work on my truck. So does anyone know of a good shop to get maybe a lift, belstein, and/or tires put on my truck. Everyone around here has no idea what I'm talking about and will not work with me. Thanks.

Thanks GT. Truck spring sounds good but vehicle accessories is one of the shops that hasn't a clue.
