I can't seem to get this problem lined out. The steering is very hard both ways. The power steering pump is only 3 years old and I just replaced the rack and pinion. Any suggestions? Thanks for the time and knowledge

Well Sounds like A pump to me age does not matter with aftermarket items you could get 3 months or 8 years And If it was A reman pump that is deffinantly where id be looking to
