ok i can turn my crusie on and it works fine for about 5 min. then cuts off and cant get to come on anymore the light on the dash doesnt even come on dont know whats wrong?

Now that sounds like a very strange problem. A bit more information is needed. How do you get it to work again, do you have to turn the truck off before it will work again ? Or is it completely dead now and just dosen't work anymore ?

yes i can get the cursie to work if i turn the truck off but it does the same thing after i do

Cruise control reads the left front ABS/Speed sensor on left front hub I recently just fixed my cruise and 4WD engaging issues by replacing that sensor

My cruise control doesn't even engage. The first time I hit the button the dash light goes on but the cruise control doesn't engage. The light goes out and it won;t come back on unless I turn the truck off and re-start. Same sensor problem? 2003 4.7 2Wd 1500.:4-dontknow:

sounds like the servo is bad not very expensive and easy to change out

Just started experiencing the same issue with my 2007 Ram, 4.7. Light was on while I was on the highway yesterday but Cruise would not engage. After playing with the buttons a bit the light on the dash went out and would not come back on.
Got home shut the truck off, restarted and the light came on for a few seconds.
This morning I can't get it to come on at all; I did the key trick to see if there were any codes and it came up with none.

Did replacing the above mentioned Servo do the trick and if so what was the part number, etc?

I honestly could not tell you. I still have the same problem you described above. I got caught up with other projects and havent tried messing around with it. But if you figure it out let me know and i will do the same.
