Head and Tail lights

Hi folks, I just joined and have some questions about my '95 Ram SLT 1500 V8 Magnum.

My right headlight has condensation inside it. Is there a seal or something else I need to replace, or do I need a new headlight assembly? I don't see any cracks in the lens anywhere.

Also, is Mopar the best online place to order parts, because I also need to replace a tail light lens. I'm in the San Diego area.
