Help! 03 4.7 liter Ram into a 01 4.7 liter Durango 4X4?

I have a 2003 Dodge ram 1500 with a good 4.7 liter engine. I want to put this engine into a 2001 Durango 4X4 with a blown 4.7 liter engine. Are these motors the same or are there mods involved?:i_rolleyes:
